Great colour, below average product.

Id like to preface with saying I’ve been a Essie polish user my entire life. I got this polish excited for the colour (it’s so pretty) but felt quite disappointed in the product overall. My dissatisfaction comes with the quality of the product overall. It lasted about 2.5 weeks before becoming extremely gummy and unusable. For a product of this price I’d expect a bit longer to use. I was eager to try it since the gel claims to last longer when using with the top coat (which I’ve also purchased specifically for use with this polish) and although the colour on my nails did last about a week without chips, the bottle of nail polish was thrown away after 3 weeks due to the decline in quality. I typically won’t leave reviews but felt almost lied to by other reviews since the bottle was about $16 CAD and it was in the trash in less than a month. Great colour but won’t be repurchasing a gel product again.

Great cool-toned nude

This may be one of my new favorite nude creme shades. Princess Charming is very similar to OPI's Somewhere Over the Rainbow Mountains, but it definitely lasts longer on my nails. As someone with cool toned fair skin, it's taken me forever to try all the colors that might suit my skin tone, but this one was definitely worth the wait.

I am seeking to eliminate as many toxins as possible. I heard that Essie is committed to this as well and love them for that. This has stayed on my toes perfectly for three weeks. It looks like gel, easy to put on and makes me feel positive due to having less toxins on my body. I used Matter of Fiction and it's the perfect, light pink shade for me. I did use three coats of color because I like it to be very opaque.

I'm confused. Your website says that you removed this ingredient a few years ago, but it is listed as ingredient #6 for this color? My daughter is doing a science experiment on the brands that last the longest and Essie won, but maybe because she picked a color with this toxic ingredient?

I bought this polish and the top coat about a week ago, and I've already had to apply it twice within the week. The color is nice, and I like the brush, but after one day, the polish was lifting from the tips of my nails. It was almost like tape, I could try to press it down back on my nails and hope it wouldn't catch, or I could completely peel it off. I was able to completely peel off the polish just from the small flap. I removed it completely with nail polish remover and decided to redo my nails, thinking I had messed up somehow. The same thing occurred, and after one day, there are already chips along the tips of my nails. All I've been doing is writing, so I see no reason as to why this happened. This is my first time purchasing and using essie polish, and I was really disappointed.

Love this shade of pale pink. What I love the most of this nail polish is the opaqueness and the creaminess of the color. I got so many compliments wearing this shade. Everyone needs this colors!

No uv light needed , it is not as good as the sally Hansen but it does last. I can do dishes and housework and dont have to worry about it chipping. I would buy again in a flash due to all the color options. The bottle design is also to die for !

When it comes to doing my nails at home this is the only option for me. Light pink provides color but for my skin tone when chips happen they arent overly noticeable. I recommend!

Great for a gel like nail look in a pinch. At home polish never lasts on my thin nails, but I have used this polish for same day events plenty of times. Of all drugstore nail polishes I find this to be the best. The applicator is large and easy to use and the formula dries quickly.

Too expensive for what it is. It chips fairly easily, and I feel like I'm just paying for the name now. As I use to like their polishes. Since I'm paying a little extra I expect it to be a little better than average, but in my opinion it's not. I don't reach for it often unless I'm looking for a specific color, and even then I make sure to use a good base a top coat with it or else I know it won't last.

I managed to use an entire bottle of the gel base and top coat. It added a nice shine to the nails after polishing and helped the manicure to last for a couple extra days. The brush sprays out nicely and covers the nail in just a few easy swipes. I would purchase this again.

I honestly swear by these Essie polishes. Other than going to the salon, these nail polishes stay on for soooo long. They look like gel but come off easily like nail polish and stay shiny. You have to use the topcoat they have

such a pretty color!! i love essie products because they nail varish stays and its very pigmented. you can find essie products at most drug stores and even high end beauty salons. you only need to apply a thin coat of nail varinsh, perfect if you don't have time to actually get your nails done.

Love the shape of the bottle makes it easy to open. Long lasting when used with the gel top. Gorgeous color for any season or any event. Recommend buying in a package with top coat. Worth buying the package for the first time and adding color on later.

My favorite at home nail solution. These are just as easy to apply as regular polish but last about a week without any chips or scratches. Dries super quickly and shiny If I could change one thing, although there are lots of colors available, its maybe 25% of the options as the regular line. Would love new colors and sparkles and shiny options!

I absolutely love this nail polish. I've been using the gel couture nail polish for years now, and it is pretty much the only polish I will use now. I give myself at home manicures and this polish lasts for top to two weeks, and still looks good. I always get complements and people always think I get them done at a salon.
