The color itself would not have been my first choice but overall the actual product is not that great! The finish is not comparable to a gel manicure and it chipped within a day!

I am absolutely a huge fan of these products and think that the new long wear nail polish is fabulous and worth every penny. The shades look great with a shiny finish or a matte finish. I did receive this product complementary for testing purposes.

I absolutely LOVE this shade on me! It’s a really ‘on trend’ color and it suits my skin tone well. The rounded brush applicator makes it super easy to apply and it goes on smooth. This light color definitely needs the two coats as recommended and I would start with a clean nail, no base coat, because it can make it look clumpy. I don’t typically paint my nails, usually just my toes, unless I go get shellac done because it chips so easily but this hasn’t chipped in a few days so I’m impressed! Good to have between nail salon trips when I’m giving my nails a break from SNS or Shellac. I received this product from Influenster for free to review but I genuinely like it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I’m not usually a purple person for manicures and I have moved away from using gel polishes after how rough they are on my nails. I tried this Essie polish thinking it might just work since it is my favorite brand and the color was just neutral enough to not be too much of a commitment. I must say I was pleasantly surprised and really love the overall look! It’s a fun neutral that wears well in the winter and spring and I received several compliments on how high and my manicure looked. When you follow the system (two coats of this color and one coat of the shiny topcoat) it really does look like a salon in here. I didn’t notice any chipping for the first five days or so and my nails were in fine shape after I took off the color. I would feel weird about using this color on my toes - something about blues and purples makes me think of the morgue :-) it’s really nice to not have to go to the salon or soak in acetone to remove the gel color. I really loved the color. The nail polish lasted me about a week. I think it would last me longer if I didn't do what I do but I am still very satisfied because it lasted me a week instead of 2 days. It also really gave it that gel look. My friend asked me if I went to get my nails done and I said not at all. The brush does its job. It does pick up a lot of polish but I was able to figure out a way that works for me and how much I should take of. 2-3 coats was perfect for me. I received this product for free from PINCHme.com in exchange for an honest review. While I wasn't a fan of the color I was sent, the product itself was good. It lasted about five days before starting to chip, which is great for a Mom who is super hard on her nails like I am.

I've tried 2 colours now and had a really good experience with both. The polish is easy to apply due to the special brush which is sort of flat. It looks great and has a good shine. My nails didn't chip even though I was rummaging around my bag a lot which usually makes polish chip. I reapplied the top coat every 2-3 days as recommended

I received this polish set as a free sample from PINCHme.com, and was asked to leave an honest review. Honestly, I was excited to try an at home gel set that didn't need a whole light setup. When I get a professional gel manicure, it lasts for weeks without chipping. I followed to instructions exactly. The first day- gorgeous vibrant shiny color. Second day- dull chipped nails. They lost the shiny luster almost immediately, and my very short nails chipped from typing at my laptop. A few days later I noticed the top layer was cracking, causing more chips. I kept the polish on for about a week, and when I removed using acetone, the most disappointing thing of all. My nails were very stained, which does not happen when I use other brands of polish at home, nor when I get a professional manicure.

We love this polish! My daughter, who has a notoriously hard time keeping nail polish looking nice, and I use this regularly now. The color we received is really bright! (red!) Awesome #1 - the BRUSH - it is bigger than standard polishes. It covers well so you don't have to do too many strokes of polish. It covers both large and small nails with an appropriate amount of polish. Awesome #2: quick drying time. I don't need to say much more. Awesome #3: really long-wear. Seriously. I had very low expectations for this to last on my daughter's nails. Usually, with regular polish, her nails look chipped and scrubby after 24hrs or less. Not with this one. Hers were bright, shiny, and looked good for 4-5 days! That's some kind of record! My nails looked great for nearly 10 days, too. To keep it in perspective, I have a garden, and I also use my hands daily at work. So anything that looks good on my nails usually doesn't last. This did. I was still getting compliments on the shine after more than 5 days. Awesome #4 - easily removes with nail polish remover. No soaking. no salon visit. love! We did experience a little staining left on our nails from the polish. it was easily buffed off. Overall, I loved this polish and would recommend it to anyone! I absolutely love the Essie gelcouture Nail Polish, I received a bottle of Beauty Marked gelcouture polish and a bottle of the Top coat from PINCHme in exchange for my honest review, both the polish and top coat went on smoothly, took a little more time to dry but this polish is a gel polish and not one of the cheap polishes, I used 2 coats of the gel polish and 1 coat of the top coat per the instructions and it came out beautifully, wasn't really thick and gunky, my nails looked smooth with nice color and shine, the polish lasted about 10 days on my fingers but I do wash my hands alot, so it might last longer on other people, the bottle is a good shape for holding while polishing and the removal was quick and my fingernails came out clean, I just used a regular nail polish remover, I am very happy with the performance of Essie gelcouture nail polish and will purchase in more colors

I recently tired the Essie gelcouture polish and finishing coat and was beyond impressed. The colors were bright and cheerful and more importantly, the polish stayed put and my pedi lasted for weeks.

I got this polish around 2 weeks ago. I did both fingers and toes nails. It took a minimum amount of time to dry. I placed only one top coat on and the polish hasn't chipped as of yet on my toes. My finger nails did chip around a week, however I most say that I've been in the pool most of the days and went in right after polishing my nails. This polish combo made my day, I was able to stay home polish my nails my self and have a better outcome that going to the salon

I started using this about two weeks ago. I love the colors they offer for the gel. My hands do a lot of dishes by hand so most nail polish tends to chip as soon as I do the dishes. So far this is the only one that did not chip after doing dishes. Very easy to use. Apply 2 coats of the color. Let dry. Apply 1 coat of the gel. That's it! Like I said really easy. And it stays on. We received this polish to try through PINCHMe. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the polish. It far outlasts the other gel polish we have tried. It has a wider brush for easier application. The colors are very vibrant. I would highly recommend this.

I received a sample in exchange for an honest review. I am impressed with the color and coverage. I applied two coats of base color and one coat of top color. The color lasted several weeks on my toe nails with minimal wear. It lasted less than a week on my fingernails but I have always had issue with fingernail polish. This did last longer than others.

I usually use an at-home gel polish with the light and the removal hassle. This really lasted eight days with barely a chip. It was easy to apply, although I did not think it was the smoothest application. It was a little streaky. It dried quickly as did the top coat. It really did last eight days with just some chipping at the tips. This is a product I would get again, and Essie has a quality reputation.

I have been using the nail polish for more than a month now and every time I get the perfect results. The same results as I can get at nail salon and doing at home! I love the shine and the perfect coating
