I have been wearing various shades of red polishes, in a variety of brands, and have NEVER received more random compliments than I do with this particular shade! It's just such a fabulous red!! I hope Essie sells it forever!

Beautiful color but it chipped only hours after I did it, and does every single time. Disappointed

I've been a fan of your competitor (Sally Hansen's Miracle Gel) for years. Decided to try Essie, and I absolutely LOVED the coverage and deep color of the Red! Adding the top clear gel coat, really gave it a salon finish! I soaked off my acrylics during the Covid-19 lockdown, and I don't think I will ever go back to them! Today is my first day with Essie, and hopefully will last at least 7-10 days. Thank you!

I'm in love with the formula of the Gel Couture polishes. The finish is gorgeous and shiny. Rock the runway is a perfect, go-with-anything scarlet red. It's remarkably easy to apply, the brush is just the right size for me (a little larger than the classic Essie polishes) and paired with the top coat, it's practically foolproof. I'm on day 5 of a very quick self-mani with no edge cleanup, during a time where I'm washing my hands obsessively, and my nails are only barely starting to fade at the very tips, where I've used them to scratch off a sticky label. Honestly the only thing I don't like about the polish is the shape of the bottle haha! But it has no impact on the final result. Best polish I've tried, high-end brands included.

Red is my forever nail color and Rock the Runway is my new go to red! Loved Really Red for many years but I discovered Rock the Runwuay when I switched to GelCouture! And the new BRUSH!!! Amazing!!! Thank You Essie!!!

I received this in my Christmas stocking and decided to give it a try. I’m an SNS girl but I’m trying to give my nails a break. Even on rough nails the application was smooth. This brush is magic and the formula dried quickly. Excited to see if it’s long lasting as well! Currently on day 3...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in no way an expert when it comes to my nails, Im more of a makup kind of girl. But this went on so smooth and 2 thin layers it was opaque. I did get a little on my skin but easily wiped away with a brush and some acetone. Will purchase again.

Great red color that stays fresh and lasts a long time without dulling. Looks good with most every wardrobe. The color leans towards a deep tomato red. Very pretty.

Lovely colour and great to apply, didn’t last long before chipping but I wasn’t expecting it to as I’m quite hard on my polish. As directed, I didn’t use a base coat but when I removed the polish before starting back at work (no bright polish allowed) I was shocked to find my nails stained really badly! I tried a couple of coats of Essie Vanity Fair to no avail! Any ideas as to how I remove this ugly stain Essie?

Lasts the full 14 days; works better than Butter London. I'm a convert!

I received this as a sample from PinchMe. The polish went on smoothly and lasted longer than most polishes. I am very hard on my hands so not inclined to wear polish a lot but I will wear this because it doesn't chip as easily.

I got this polish as a sample from pinch me. The best nail polish I have ever used!! A must try! Goes on so smooth, takes like 5 minutes to dry and doesn't chip away like other polish does.

I received a sample of this polish. The color was a corally pink. It went on so smooth, you only needed to apply one coat. Then you add the top shine and it was dry in 5 minutes. To remove you add just a little more pressure. I am definitely a fan of this polish!

Did I mention, I loved it? Full-disclosure, I got a sample from Pinch me and I am so pleased I did! It applies smoothly and dries quickly and the top coat seal it all in with a mega shine. I got many compliments on my nails and they didn't chip the moment I did dishes. My nails grow really fast and so it was the growth that made my manicure last only about a week. A beautiful, chip resistant manicure at home? Heck yeah!

I was part of a trial to try this out. I normally don't polish my nails because I am so bad at it and get it all over. With this product that did not happen! It was easy to use, dried super fast so I did not get smudges while doing the other nails! It lasted almost 2 weeks before it started chipping, and I type all day for my job.

I was a part of a trial. I love that the product lasted more than other similar types, however: 1. It was way too thick causing loads of bubbles, 2. the twisted bottle and especially the twisted wand made it very difficult to get the right amount of polish on the brush.

Great color and it really lasts so much longer than my usual polish. So easy to use and dries fast!

Held up for about 9 days to mom duties and data entry work. I was very impressed. It stood up to life but at the same time was not heavy on the nail. And when I was ready to remove it, it did come off without much hassle.

I bought this color a few days ago. I tried the color out and I love it, it was very smooth and dried surprisingly fast for a polish. It was very pigmented, which is lovely in a polish except it has stained my nails a tint of dark pink. I understand that most reds will do this but this is far more stained than the others. It last for my about 3 days, I am constantly typing, writing, and filing stuff for my job and this polish stayed well except when ever it chipped a little it would leave a hang and then the hanging part would get pulled at and a hold large chunk would come off. So after 3 days I had so ratchet looking nails. Essie I love ya but I think u could do better with this one.

My girlfriend has a beauty blog (mymodernbeauty.com) and asked me to try out the Essie 'Rock the Runway' nail polish, since I've been helping test all the nail polishes for a second opinion. Of all the polishes I've tried, this went on so smoothly. The 1st coat dried quickly, as did the 2nd. The top coat dried even faster! It was all set and dry before I could even mess it up! The BEST part about this 2-step polish is that the top coat didn't remove the polish or mess up the polish like other top coats I've tried. It is super shiny and looks great, dare I say even professional?? (and I'm by far not the best nail polisher). I'm only a couple chip-free days into it, but I would DEFINITELY buy/use/recommend even if it didn't last the touted "up to 14 days." Well done Essie!

I just bought this yesterday because I wanted to know how much better this was to the regular nail polish, being that I have quite the collection of Essie polishes & other products including the Gel Setter top coat. BUT this polish is awesome! Really looks and feels like a thinner version of a gel mani! LOVE LOVE LOVE the rounded brush! It really makes a difference when applying (I think Essie should make all their polishes with this brush!) Anyway it's only been day one with the polish but I am sure loving it! Even if it's on the pricey side it's worth it and a great splurge!!!
