The pictures are not what this looks like (which is what i wanted). it's a pinky white and not sheer at all, definitely more opaque. And I agree with the other posters, it is also streaky. I did a base and top coat and still was streaky.

I’m working my way through Essie’s whites to find a replacement for my discontinued favorite, Sheer Luck. This one is terribly streaky and needs at least three coats and then I might as well have applied Marshmallow. I love a clean looking sheer nail. Essie polishes are generally excellent and Sheer Luck was perfect. Limo-scene is another disappointment. The photos do not represent this polish. It is a streaky semi-opaque slightly pink white at two coats.

I tried doing my toes with this and it looked so streaky and uneaten. So I removed it and tried putting on a base coat first and had the same results. For what’s supposed to be a no-fuss polish, it certainly felt complicated to me. I couldn’t figure out how to make it go on smooth, even with 3 coats

Essie is my favourite nail polish bran because of the clump free texture and quick drying feature. This nail polish colour is very subtle and light on the nails like a top coat with a light white tint

I just got this shade on my toes at the salon and I am really loving that it looks more like a very pale pinkish white than sheer pink. Finally a sheer Esseie shade that shows up on my skin! (I’m a warm NC25 for reference). The true test will be how it looks on my hands.

For an at-home manicure, I really like this polish! the color is really good and compared to a lot of similar polishes it lasts longer than others. Sometimes I will only do a single coat of polish because I use a base coat and a top coat so I don't like to have too many coats because it can chip faster if its thick, but you do need multiple coats with this color.

This is just for Essie nails in general I live the tones of their polish! It really sets them apart from other companies and I find that their nail polish last a while in me even though my nails chip easily.

Great everyday, neutral but pretty nail color. It goes on well and doesn't show when it chips. It is a soft, subtle color that looks clean. I would have given it 5 stars, but it doesn't last as long as other brands such as OPI. Otherwise, it is a great nail polish staple.

This colour is super cute. Perfect for spring and for those who like subtle nail colours. It is a bit sheer so doing 2 or more coats is necessary but it dries quick and last for a long time with a nice top coat

I live in Miami so this is one of my favorite colors I feel like its always great for the weather I love this product as hes one of my favorite brands as far as the nail polish is go home so I would definitely recommend this product to anyone that wants to use it its long lasting and its such an amazing product to use Im very happy

Same for the other color I have tried from this brand. It is a potent color and you can layer it to your liking. It stays on for 2 weeks or longer even without a top coat. Definitely would recommend this brand over other nail polish brands.

This is THE best black nail polish! The consistency is excellent and the finished product looks amazing. It has great coverage so no need for more than 2 or 3 coast which is much better than any other black nail polish!

Im literally a HUGE fan of the Essie nail products! I have small nail beds and the small paint brush is really convenient for me. The colour is long lasting and its always hard to resist not to buy another colour when youre at the store!!
