The brush shape and consistency of the polish helped it go on very easily. Caviar Bar has great opacity (I only used two coats) and lasted a solid week two with no top coat.

First time trying Essie Gel Couture and I LOVE it! And this color is fantastic. Dark enough to go with anything, but not black, which is a little too goth for me. Perfect for the winter months. Normally I wear a true red or a hot pink, and this color might be my new go-to.

I bought this polish a while ago and i’ve tried it multiple times since. I really do love how intense this polish is and could even get away with just one coat! My only problem is the drying time; it takes ages to dry. Just the last time i used it I did two coats and allowed an hour to dry after each and they still ended up with little indents and smudges. Amazing polish if you allow for a LOT of dry time!

The color “caviar bar” should be a deep navy cream color and like all essie colors, should dry in a few minutes. The long wear gel couture colors take closer to 5 minutes to dry vs. the more classic nail enamels, which dry a little faster. Perfect! Just perfect! I’ve been looking for so long for the right navy blue color!
It also dries real quick and stays on for very long time.
I applied two layers and then the top coat. I cant wait to try more colors!

I bought this a few weeks ago and I'm so in love with this color! It's a gorgeous shade and looks pretty as a base color for nail art. I really like that the gel polish isn't harsh like traditional gel polishes and it doesn't need UV light to cure. Make sure to get the top coat so it lasts longer.

I will be purchasing more colors in the future! Plus the color is so rich. The only downside is the price. $24 for the entire polish and top coat is steep.

I decided to try the complete set after only just purchasing the nail polish. That was the best decision I made bcz it gave a true professional finishing polish especially since I do my nails myself. It also last for a long time. The picture was taken 2 days short of TWO WEEKS of having it on!!! The ones I use to get done at the nail salon with UV light never even lasted that long

I bought this last year to match a dress I wore to a wedding. It's a long-wearing polish that goes on easily, has a deep rich blue color and shines like glass. I've had numerous compliments on it. I wear it often. The extra cost is worthwhile.

I've used several of the other colors in this collection, but this was the only one that gave me problems. It was way too thick or something - had a consistency I didn't encounter with the others. I tried applying it 4 separate times and it was just a nightmare. Would not lay right, dried weirdly, got everywhere... And removing it was an ever bigger nightmare. Definitely disappointed.
