Regular polish works just as good

I don’t understand how this polish has such great reviews. No matter what color I choose, this polish chips the next day. Save your money and buy a cheaper, regular polish and it will do the same thing.

The brush for this nail polish is thick enough to apply a smooth layer and result in a flawless nail polish application, which sometimes can be very difficult for me. It does leave a gel finish look, which I love! The shine actually lasts unlike other coats that begin to get dull after a couple of days. Overall, I think this is one of my new favorite polishes. I did receive this product complimentary, but all opinions are my own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color is amazing to say the least. It matches my personality perfectly. Plus it goes on very smoothly and comes off smoothly as well! Usually gels just don't want to come off but it's easy on and easy off. The one thing that got me is once you so much as knock off on fraction of it on your nail the rest is off within a couple days. It lasts long if you dont use your hands often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the bottle, the color, and brush. The brush is rounded, which helps so not to be messy and to keep the polish off your skin. The color is a little darker than the image on the site. I feel like I never do a great job like a Salon, but it’s definitely better than most at-home jobs. The gel polish has lasted about a week and half now. It’s very smooth and doesn’t looked cracked. My only complaint is that the polish hasn’t lasted as long on some of the tips of my nails. I could possibly apply more gel top coat there to prevent that. I got some compliments and even my Mom and Sisters tried it! Overall, I think it’s a good product but I dont know how many bottles I’d buy.

I don’t get it nail polish doesn’t seem to last very long on me at all but I will say painting my nails with this was a breeze and I did go out and buy another shade to test another color just because personally this was a little patchy on me and didn’t last long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color was opaque after about 2 coats and the brush made it really easy to apply. It stayed for over a week which doesn’t normally happen for me. The color was gorgeous and would be great for the holidays. It didn’t look wet like other gel polishes, but it lasted almost as long. Pro tip! Applying the color on fake nails makes it last even longer and helps prevent smudges because the polish doesn’t need to soak into the nail before it dries! I received this free to test out, but I would definitely buy other colors!

It was so easy to apply, the brush made it so easy to get in the corners because of its round tip. The shine of this polish was amazing i hadnt applied the top coat yet and it had alot of shine!! I also noticed it super soft it felt like the Gel nails when i get them done. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The “new” Essie gel polish lasts much longer than any other polish I’ve tried. After about 2 weeks, I only had a little chipping on the edges. (I did apply thick coats though as well as the clear, hardening top coat. Don’t skip it!)

This nail polish color is just the shade of red that I like and I was excited to try it. It is a simple two step process, the nail polish brush allows you full coverage. This polish dried quickly. Unfortunately, it started chipping for me within 2 days. I use a computer off and on throughout the day and I used gloves when I washed dishes. Because of this , I will not be purchasing this nail polish or recommending it. I received this product free to try and review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I LOVE the brush shape! It's slightly rounded at the bottom, so it works great for painting your nails without getting polish all over your cuticles...why didn't they think of that sooner?
It goes on super smooth, which is always a bonus, and dries quickly.
The color is a little too dark for me once it dries...though if you're going for that vampire-inspired look, then this color is perfect for you.
I look forward to trying other colors, as I'm an Essie fan, and excited to have a gel product from them!
Oh, I almost forgot...best part about this gel? You can remove it with regular nail polish remover!!

This stays on though cleaning, washing, and every day mom stuff. I got about a week and a half wear this before it started to fade and chip. But I was still pleased with the results. I’m loving at my local shops for other colors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't often wear reds, especially not deep maroon reds such as this color, unless it's fall time but it is a beautiful color. It looks just like it does in the bottle and I received multiple compliments on my nail color! I actually don't think it looks that different from regular a non-gel polish, but it's lasting power is a bit longer! Usually regular polish chips within a day or two for me, especially because I work frequently with my hands and use alcohol sanitizers frequently, which strip nail polish. This polish lasted several days before I noticed a chip in my index fingers. Other fingernails lasted a week! The brush is easy to apply with and I have no complaints. I received this product free for testing but I would gladly buy other colors.
